Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are a flat fee of $9.50 per item.  However we do offer $5.00 for each additional item purchased.

Shipping Errors

Unfortunately mistakes do happen.  We strive to have all orders processed fully and correctly.  Occasionally a problem may occur.  If there is a problem it is important that you notify us immediately.  Please email to help@havahobo.com  within 3  days of receiving your order.  Sometimes your order may come in several packages,  If this is the case you should have a tracking number for each box.  Check each package trackiing number to ensure one isn't delayed in transit or was left at a neighbors house if you were not home to receive it.  When contacting us please provide your order number, a list of the quanity and items you received, a list of what was on the packing slip and a description of the problem  Please review Return Policy for complete details.

Return Policy

Customer Satisfaction is our number one goal.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply email us at returns@havahobo.com  for a return authorization number (RAN) within 5 days of receiving the item along with a brief discription of why you are not satisfied with your purchase.  Return the product within 15 days from the date of purchase for a full refund.  If the option to cancel the purchase is exercised then there will be a 15% restocking fee and the return of the product would be at the customers expense.  

To return an item please follow the following step:

     1.  Goods must be returned within 15 days of date of purchase.

     2.  Use the original packaging and enclose the original documentation.

     3.  Enclose documentation advising us of the problem, and the reason why you are returning the goods.

     4.  Write the return authorization number (RAN) on the address label on the box.

     5.  Address the package to:
